• The permit does not confer any right to drive or park vehicles in violation of applicable traffic regulations. • Existing fire hydrants, cable ducts, switch cabinets and the like, as well as road signs and traffic signals within the area, must be accessible and must not be covered. • Restrictions on public gatherings and public events announced by the government (or other parties authorized by the government) always apply, even if otherwise stated in your permit from the Police Authority. You as the organizer are expected to stay updated on any restrictions that are introduced. The Police Authority does not make any assessments of which infection control measures are appropriate to take at a particular event. • The permit and its attachments must be presented to an employee of the Police Authority upon request. • Instructions and orders given by police officers must be followed. • The organizer shall employ as many officials as necessary to maintain safety and order among the participants. Officials shall wear vests, shirts or similar so that their function is clearly visible. Officials shall be at least 18 years of age. • According to the Public Order Act (1993:1617), the organizer is responsible for ensuring good order at the gathering. Good order means, for example, that the sound level/loudspeaker sound level is adjusted and directed so that it does not disturb public order.
